•Contraindications•
Please let us know before your treatment if you have any concerns regarding your health or well-being. Please notify me if you are pregnant.

•Cancellation Policy•
As a courtesy to us and other clients, if you need to cancel or change an appointment we request a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid a minimum fee of 50% being charged. If you don’t arrive for an appointment three times without informing us you will be required to pay for any future services before any appointment can be made.

•Arriving for your appointment •
We ask that you always arrive on time. Please note late arrival appointments may not be honored, or your treatment time will be shortened.

 

•Patch Testing•
Patch testing must be carried out for 48 hrs before treatment, if you have a reaction please notify the salon. You will be required to have a patch test every six months. Patch tests can be booked online

•Gift Vouchers•
Gift vouchers are valid for six months from the purchase date and are non-refundable, under no circumstances will a voucher be extended.

•Courses•
All course treatments must be booked and taken within six months of purchase date, courses will not be extended beyond this.
